江苏联众联胜空调设备有限公司成立于2011年，是由无锡市联众控湿节能设备有限公司(2004年成立)和无锡市联胜环保净化工程有限公司(2008年成立)合并重组而来，位于美丽的太湖之滨江苏省宜兴市万石镇南工业集中区茶亭路8号，初期置地25亩、初投资5000万元，建有标准工业厂房10000平方米和现代化办公楼3000平方米。联众联胜公司主要致力于暖通制冷空调行业除湿加湿净化节能减排事业，主要研发生产各类工业转轮除湿机、湿膜加湿器、净化空调机组、热管换热器、蒸发冷却空调机组、蒸发冷却冷水机组、超低温露点型闭式冷却塔等。联众联胜空调公司生产的以上设备不仅能依照客户要求量体裁衣，还能进行周密的工程设计与施工，并能符合各项环保法规，经济实惠且节能效果显著，为食品医药、新能源汽车、数据中心等各行业相关产品的品质保证、生产安全、生活便捷保驾护航，也为节能减排与地球生态保护尽至心力。Jiangsu Lianzhong Liansheng Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 through the merger and restructuring of Wuxi Lianzhong Humidity Control & Energy Saving Equipment Co., Ltd. (founded in 2004) and Wuxi Liansheng Environmental Protection Purification Engineering Co., Ltd. (founded in 2008). The company is located at No. 8 Chating Road, South Industrial Concentration Zone, Wanshi Town, Yixing City, Jiangsu Province, on the picturesque shores of Taihu Lake. In its initial phase, it occupied 25 mu of land with a primary investment of RMB 50 million, and built 10,000 square meters of standard industrial plant space and 3,000 square meters of modern office space.Lianzhong Liansheng is primarily engaged in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) industry, focusing on dehumidification, humidification, purification, energy conservation, and emission reduction. The company mainly researches, develops, and produces a wide range of industrial rotary dehumidifiers, wet-membrane humidifiers, purified air handling units, heat pipe heat exchangers, evaporative cooling air conditioning units, evaporative cooling chillers, and ultra-low dew point closed-circuit cooling towers. The equipment manufactured by Lianzhong Liansheng not only can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements but also comes with meticulous engineering design and construction services, while complying with all applicable environmental regulations. The products are cost-effective and deliver significant energy-saving results, safeguarding product quality, production safety, and daily convenience across various industries such as food and pharmaceuticals, new energy vehicles, and data centers. 联众联胜针对于数据中心的主推产品是什么

转轮除湿机、闭式冷却塔

Rotary Dehumidifier、Closed-Circuit Cooling Tower

所谓除湿就是把空气中或各种气体中的水分去掉从而制造出干燥的空气或气体。目前，在工业上常用的空气除湿的方法分为两大类：冷却法和化学法。冷却法又分为常压冷却除湿和压缩冷凝除湿。我厂产的冷冻除湿机属于常压冷却除湿。化学法又分为湿式液体吸收式除湿和干式固体吸收或吸附式除湿。转轮除湿机属于化学除湿法的干式动态除湿。在常温常压下，对空气湿度要求在50%-70%范围内时，适合用冷冻除湿机。对空气湿度要求在1%-50%范围内时，适合用转轮除湿机。闭式冷却塔利用水蒸发时吸收热量的原理而使被冷却液体冷却。喷淋水(冷却水)贮于冷却塔底部,工作流体(软化水或其他液体)在闭式冷却塔的散热盘管内进行封闭循环,喷淋水由喷淋系统泵经水分配系统和喷淋嘴淋在盘管表面,一部分水被蒸发,吸走热量,从而降低管内工作流体的温度。热空气中的水和未蒸发的水被挡水板截住并流经PVC热交换层,PVC热交换层中的水被流过的空气冷却,温度降低,落入底下水盘,由水泵再循环至水分配系统,又回淋到盘管上,如此进行循环冷却。Dehumidification is the process of removing moisture from air or various gases to produce dry air or gas. Currently, the commonly used industrial air dehumidification methods fall into two major categories: cooling method and chemical method. The cooling method is further divided into atmospheric cooling dehumidification and compression condensation dehumidification. The refrigerant dehumidifiers produced by our factory belong to the atmospheric cooling dehumidification category. The chemical method is further divided into wet liquid absorption dehumidification and dry solid absorption or adsorption dehumidification. Rotary dehumidifiers belong to the dry dynamic dehumidification category under the chemical dehumidification method.Under normal temperature and pressure conditions, when the required air humidity is in the range of 50%–70%, refrigerant dehumidifiers are suitable. When the required air humidity is in the range of 1%–50%, rotary dehumidifiers are suitable.Closed-circuit cooling towerutilizes the principle of heat absorption through water evaporation to cool the fluid being cooled. Spray water (cooling water) is stored at the bottom of the cooling tower, while the working fluid (softened water or other liquids) circulates in a closed loop within the cooling coils of the closed-circuit cooling tower. The spray water is pumped by the spray system through the water distribution system and spray nozzles onto the surface of the coil. A portion of the water evaporates, absorbing heat and thereby reducing the temperature of the working fluid inside the coils. The water and unevaporated moisture in the hot air are captured by the drift eliminators and flow through the PVC heat exchange layer. The water in the PVC heat exchange layer is cooled by the passing air, reducing its temperature, and then falls into the bottom water basin. From there, it is recirculated by the pump back to the water distribution system and sprayed onto the coils again, thus completing the cyclic cooling process.
