LKS05系列MCU是凌鸥创芯针对电机驱动市场，推出的高性价比电机运动控制芯片。芯片内部集成仪表级全差分可编程增益放大器+差分ADC，不需要电压偏置就可以处理正负信号；集成同步双采样3Msps 12BIT高速ADC，集成全温度范围千分之五电压基准源；集成96MHz 32BIT CPU，三角函数运算、开方运算100ns内完成；工作温度范围-40~105℃，内部RC全温度范围时钟偏差1%以内，通过6KV人体模型引脚接触放电，通过15KV非触式空气静电放电测试。LKS05系列MCU在提供电机控制应用必须资源的前提下仍具有极佳性价比。

LKS05 is a series of cost-efficient motor-control MCU. These chips integrate instrument grade fully-differential programmable gain amplifiers and differential Analog-Digital-Converter (ADC), which could process positive/negative input signals without voltage bias on chip. The ADC provides a 12bit resolution and 3Msps sampling rate. Voltage reference could achieve a ±5‰ accuracy in full temperature range. The internal 32bit CPU is running on a clock of 96MHz. It is capable of performing a CORDIC/SQRT task in less than 100ns. Working temperature is between -40~105℃. The internal RC clock could achieve a ±1‰ accuracy in full temperature range. The chip has passed 6KV HBM contact ESD test and 15kV non-contact air ESD test. LKS05 Series MCU provide necessary resource at a limited cost for motor-control applications.

Integrated instrument-level fully differential programmable gain amplifier + differential ADC, which can handle positive and negative signals without voltage bias; integrated synchronous double sampling 3Msps 12BIT high-speed ADC with integrated five-thousandths of a temperature reference; integrated 96MHz 32BIT MCU+DSP, autonomous instruction set DSP can be used as a heterogeneous independent core operating program, trigonometric operation, open square operation within 100ns, operating temperature range -40 ~ 105 °C, The internal RC full temperature range clock deviation is within 1%, and it is discharged by the 6KV human model pin contact discharge and passed the 15KV non-touch air electrostatic discharge test.

The main advantages of the LKS03 series MCUs are: high reliability, high integration, small final product size, and bom cost savings. The chip integrates 2 high-speed op amps and two comparators to meet the different needs of single-resistor/double-resistor current sampling topology architectures; the internal high-speed op amp integrates high-voltage protection circuits, which allow high-level common-mode signals to be directly input into the chip, and the MOSFET resistor direct current sampling mode can be realized with the simplest circuit topology; the integrated hardware MOSFET temperature drift compensation circuit ensures the accuracy of current sampling; and the patented technology is applied to achieve the best cooperation between ADC and high-speed op amps. It can handle a wider dynamic range of current, while taking into account the sampling accuracy of high-speed small current and low-speed high current; the overall control circuit is simple and efficient, the anti-interference ability is strong, stable and reliable; and the single-supply 2.2V~5.5V power supply ensures the versatility of the system power supply.

LKS45系列MCU是32位RISC核心的面向电机控制应用的专用处理器，集成FPU和DSP，主频高达192MHz，配备双电机驱动接口和丰富外设资源，支持同时驱动双电机+PFC。存储资源为256kB flash+40kB SRAM，支持存储空间重映射，使用SRAM来作为代码运行加速。

The LKS45 series MCUs are 32-bit RISC core dedicated processors for motor control applications, integrating FPU and DSP, clocking up to 192MHz, equipped with dual motor drive interface and rich peripheral resources, supporting simultaneous drive of dual motors + PFC. The storage resource is 256kB flash+40kB SRAM, which supports storage space remapping and uses SRAM to run acceleration as code.
