深圳国际会展中心

光电子技术突飞猛进，光电子产业对创新技术的关注日益增加，如何打通学术界与产业界的道路，架起连接世界与中国的光电之桥，是全球光电大会（OGC）诞生的初衷。

2023年第八届全球光电大会（OGC 2023）将于2023年9月05—08日在深圳举行。本次大会旨在促进国内外光电子行业众多学科之间的互动与交流，推动技术成果产业化。预计会议规模300-500人。

全球光电大会（OGC）结合国内外知名高校和科研机构，依托中国国际光电博览会（CIOE）这个全亚洲最大的光电展览平台，成为亚洲地区第一个直属IEEE的全球光电学术会议。并广泛邀请光电领域的国际学者、研究家、从业者等提供交流平台共同探讨光电行业的新发展，新观念和新技术以及整合各研究方向从而引导更深层、更广泛的光电技术应用。

本届OGC大会将设10个专题，涵盖光学、光通讯、激光、红外、光纤传感等多个子专题研究方向。欢迎来自大学、科研院所、军工单位、企事业单位等从事光学及光学工程领域的专家、科研人员、生产人员、博士生、硕士生及企业管理人员和商业人士参会。

会议征稿

所有投稿论文将经过严格的审稿流程，所有录用注册并且于会议完成报告的论文都将由IEEE出版到国际会议论文集中，收录到IEEE Xplore，并送检Ei Compendex与Scopus。

投稿方式

【摘要投稿】摘要投稿仅做口头报告或海报报告，摘要投稿将不会被发表出版。

【全文投稿】将邀请作者到会议现场进行口头报告或海报报告。全文长度要求至少2页，最多5页。

最佳论文奖

任何普通报告人（非学生）演讲者，同时作为投稿论文的第一作者及主讲人，均具备申请该奖项的资格。获奖者将由OGC 2023大会委员会评选。证书及奖项将于会议晚宴和颁奖仪式上颁发。

最佳学生论文奖

选择“最佳学生论文奖”发表类型提交的论文的第一作者和主讲作者的全日制大学生将有资格获得该奖项。优胜者将由 OGC 2023大会委员会选出。在会议宴会和颁奖典礼上，将向获奖者颁发证书和奖项。

青年科学家奖

到2023年8月25日，年龄在40周岁以内的所有具有博士学位的人都有资格获得最佳青年科学家奖。报名时可申请。申请人需提交有代表性的出版物（最多3篇）和完整的简历供评委审核。所有出版物都需要提供影响因子、引用和主要研究贡献。

最佳海报奖

任何选择 "最佳海报奖 "演讲类型并提交论文的演讲作者均有资格获得该奖项。获奖者将由OGC 2023委员会选出。在会议宴会和颁奖典礼上，将向获奖者颁发证书和奖项。

2023年光电全球学生成就奖

（3个类别：本科/硕士/博士）

颁发给撰写高质量论文、论文或报告的学生的奖项。每个类别的优秀学生将获得三个奖项。申请人将由 OGC TPC委员会主席领导的专家小组进行评估。

申请要求：

(1) 候选人必须为2022年7月1日前的本科生、硕士生或博士生。

(2) 毕业论文、学位论文或报告必须在2022年7月1日至2023年6月30日之间完成。

申请截止日期为：2023年8月1日

光电学技术创新奖

奖项将颁发给在光电子领域表现出新发明、新技术或新概念的创新想法或产品。奖项包括最佳创新奖、最具商业价值奖和最具创意奖。申请将由OGC TPC委员会委任的专家小组进行评审。这是一个光电研究人员或工程师展示他们的创新光电产品想法或工程解决方案的平台。
