磁阻式旋转变压器

• 原理：旋转变压器是一种输出电压随转子转角变化的信号元件，通过A/D转化为数字信号（即角度信号）。

  Principle: A rotary transformer is a signal element that changes the output voltage with the rotor angle, and is converted into a digital signal (i.e. angle signal) through A/D.

• 应用场所：新能源汽车电驱动系统，电动摩托车电驱动系统

磁性编码器

• 原理：采用霍尔或巨磁电阻元件，通过旋转的磁环或齿轮，引起磁场变化进行检测和测量。

  Principle: Using Hall or giant magnetoresistance components, the magnetic field changes are detected and measured through rotating magnetic rings or gears.

• 应用场所：低速电动车电驱动系统、电动工程车电驱动系统

• 主要功能：判定电机旋转方向和测量电机转速

  Main Funtion: Determine the direction of motor rotation and measure motor speed.

位移传感器

• 原理：基于3D霍尔原理，通过感知磁钢水平方向运动带来的空间磁场变化来实现绝对位移的测量。

  Principle: Based on the 3D Hall principle, absolute displacement measurement is achieved by sensing the spatial magnetic field changes caused by the horizontal movement of the magnetic steel.

• 应用场所：汽车应用中线性位移的测量场所

  Appliciation:  Measurement site for linear displacement in automotive applications.

• 主要功能：离合器分泵位移

  Main function: clutch slave cylinder displacement.
