2021年，烟台金正环保科技有限公司自主开发出低流阻、强湍流的耐高温反渗透膜组件，正式进军多年被欧美发达国家所垄断的石油化工行业液体处理行业。金正环保特种耐高温反渗透膜具有极强的耐高温稳定性，攻克油田开采中高温、高盐、高硬度污水资源化系列难题，对于推动高温、高盐废水低成本资源化处理的绿色、低碳发展具有重要意义，典型应用于石油石化行业-稠油开采、煤化工炼化行业、电力行业、造纸行业、生物医药用水、食品加工行业、印染纺织行业等其他高盐、高硬度的高温水。

In 2021, Yantai Jinzheng Eco-Technology Co., Ltd (NEWA) independently developed the special high-temperature resistant RO membrane module with low flow resistance and strong turbulence, and officially entered the petrochemical liquid treatment industry. NEWAS's special high-temperature resistant RO membrane module has extremely strong high-temperature stability and has overcome a series of problems with resource utilization of the wastewater with high-temperature, high salinity and high-hardness in the oil extraction field. It is of great significance in promoting the green and low-carbon development of low-cost resource utilization of wastewater with high-temperature, high-salinity. The product is widely used in the treatment of wastewater with high temperature, high salinity and high hardness from petroleum industry - thick oil extraction, coal chemical industry, power industry, paper industry, biomedical water, food processing industry, printing, dyeing and textile industry etc.

金正环保耐高温特种膜

1、自主创新研发：针对传统反渗透膜运行温度≤45℃的弊端，采用专有的膜化学材料、配方及生产线开发出耐高温反渗透膜。

2、工作温度高达80℃：采用耐高温设计，可保证膜设备在不超过80℃高温盐水中稳定运行，氯化钠脱盐率≥98%。

3、耐高压：具有极高的抗压性和抗磨损性，80℃下90bar高压连续运行一年膜通量损失率≤5%。

4、能耗低：原水无需降温，可直接进入耐高温平板膜设备进行脱盐处理。与传统蒸发工艺相比，可有效降低运行能耗。

1. Independent innovation and R&D

NEWA develops high temperature resistant membrane module by adopting proprietary membrane chemical material, formula and production line, solving the disadvantages of the traditional RO membrane operating temperature ≤ 45℃

2. Operating temperature up to 80°C

The module adopts a high temperature resistant design, which can operate stably in high temperature brine not exceeding 80℃, with a sodium chloride desalination rate ≥ 98%.

3. High pressure resistance

Products with extremely high pressure resistance and wear resistance, the membrane flux loss rate is ≤5% for one year of continuous operation at high pressure of 90bar at 80℃.

4. Low energy consumption

The raw water does not need to be cooled down, and can be fed directly into high-temperature resistant flat membrane equipment for desalination treatment. Compared with traditional evaporation process, it can effectively reduce operating energy consumption.

金正环保油水分离特种膜

由金正环保自主研发的油水分离特种膜成功攻克传统膜产品不耐高温和易污堵的核心技术问题，开发出分离效率高、耐油能力强和耐高温的油水分离膜，典型应用于物料浓缩、油田采出水、生物医药用水、食品烹饪等行业。

1、 自主创新研发：针对传统油水分离膜长期运行易污堵的弊端，采用专有的膜化学材料、配方及生产线开发出抗污染型油水分离膜。

2、 工作温度高达80℃：采用耐高温设计，可保证膜设备在≤80℃的高温油水混合物中稳定运行。

3、 分离效率高：对油滴粒径小、体系稳定、分离困难的乳化油和溶解油的分离效率≥90%。

4、 耐油浓度高：可耐受≤5000ppm的高浓度油水混合物，且连续运行一年膜通量损失率≤5%

金正环保二代CD平板膜

金正环保CD平板膜产品单支最大回收率达到55%，系统最大回收率达到85%-95%。

1、 投币式切口设计：涡流旋转流道，压降小、流速快。

2、 膜面积更大且重量减轻：膜面积大幅度提高，由9m2变为15~17m2；膜柱重量减轻,且压力损耗较DT系列减少1倍以上。

3、 线性凸点排列：自清洗效果优异，降低浓差极化。

4、 导流盘流道更宽：避免流道堵塞，降低运行费用。
