KRYO

KRYO - SMAC PATENTED COOLER FOR TILES

Tiles cooler developed to decrease the pieces temperature before digital decoration. High cooling capacity with complete removal of steam. KRYO is a “all-in-one” device, it doesn’t need external cooling or condensation units. No filters to clean, the machine is equipped with automatic cleaning for cooling radiators. It can be installed in few minutes over the existing conveyor, without further mechanical works. Cooling power of 170.000 BTU. 

OFFICINE SMAC S.P.A. is the first and only Italian company in patenting specific cooling system for inkjet printed ceramic tiles. For tiles sizes up to 2000mm width.

VERSATILE PLUS

VERSATILE PLUS - AIRLESS CABIN FOR BIG TILES SIZES

Movable airless system for large tiles sizes and ceramic slabs, with multiple and independent movements of the upper sprayguns.

Complete of independent support structure with six linear axes equipped with independent high-speed motors electronically managed by PLC.

Axes optimization new dedicated technology.  For sizes up to 2000mm width.

VERSATILE PLUS can be equipped with K-FLOW nozzles control and I-WASH the new generation automatic washing for airless cabins.

DSR

DSR - DRY APPLICATION MACHINE FOR TILES

Machine for dry application of grits, frits and powders, easy to use, with innovative feeding system and reduced overall dimensions.

Available for sizes up to 2000 mm width. Self-supporting structure, completely closed to prevent powder output and motorized roller coated with special rubber to dose the material along with a group of dedicated vibrating screens.

Complete of PLC and HMI.

D-GLAZE

D-GLAZE – AUTOMATIC STATION FOR GLAZE PREPARATION

Automatic system developed for the control and recipes management of glazes which require to be diluted and brought to a specific density before being used by any glazing machine, directly in front of the glazing line. Ideal for the preparation and feeding of the glaze base before decorations with digital printers.

D-GLAZE allows to always have the desired amount of fresh product and to maintain constant the set density thanks to automatic control devices at continuous cycle with automatic recirculation. It is created to adapt to the existing equipment in the line, thus avoiding to purchase any additional extra device. It is trolley-mounted for easy handling.

REVERSO

REVERSO - BACK ENGOBING PRINTING ROLLER FOR TILES

Back engobing machine with silicone roller developed to print the back surface of the tiles applying the back engobe in a new smart way.

REVERSO, thanks to the application system with silicone laser-engraved cylinder with controlled speed, guarantees a regular application with uniform weight.

Reverso avoids product waste and allows printing of logos or other designs. Available with silicone cylinders up to 2200mm length.
