弹性磨块

Glaze Polishing Abrasive（Lappato）

弹性磨块又称抛釉磨块，布拉磨块。可安装与普通抛光机上，对仿古砖，仿石砖，抛晶砖以及釉面砖等进行表面的仿形全抛光或半抛光加工。

具有仿形好，磨削力强，抛光光泽度高，无磨痕以及使用寿命长等特点。

Lapato is also know glaze polishing abrasive or Bula abrasive. This is used to fully or semi-polish surfaces of stone like porcelain/ceramic tiles and are flexible, powerful, high glaze and longevity.

金刚磨块

Diamond Abrasive

金刚石磨块主要用于连续抛光线替代传统氧化镁结合碳化硅磨块对砖坯表面进行粗磨中磨。

一个金刚磨具相当于100-200个普通氧化镁结合碳化硅磨块。最新研制的配方技术，专利技术的结构设计，先进的生产工艺，确保了金刚石磨块在磨削效率，磨削效果，先进性，经济性，可靠性方面的完美体现。

该系列产品具有抛光效果均匀，上机时间长，成本低又环保的优点。

Diamond Abrasive is mainly used to replace traditional magnesium oxide and silicon carbide abrasive on the tile surface in a continuous polishing line, for rough and medium polishing of the ceramic tiles. A diamond abrasive is equivalent to 100-200 pieces ordinary magnesium oxide and silicon carbide abrasive. With formula of the newly developed system, the structure design of the patent technology and advance production technology, to ensure that the diamond abrasive in grinding effect, advance, economical efficiency and reliability and perfect performance. 干磨轮

Dry Squaring Wheel

干式金刚石磨边轮，主要用于瓷片和仿古砖等釉面砖的干式磨边。

Dry diamond squaring wheel is mainly used for dry edging of interior wall tiles, rustic tiles and other glazed tiles.

特点：

持续磨削力强，线速度快，稳定性高，散热性好，干式磨边+精磨 “磨削面细腻光滑”，陶瓷生产过程中可降低更多的成本，提高效率，创造更多的价值！

应用范围：

干式树脂修边轮主要用于瓷质砖，釉面砖，墙砖以及地砖等。树脂修边用于瓷片，仿古等釉面砖的细磨。其特点：具有锋利度高，不黑边，上机工作时间长，磨削面细腻光滑的优点。

Dry resin squaring wheel application scropes：

湿磨轮

Wet Squaring Wheel

湿式金刚石磨边轮主要用于修正瓷砖四边的垂直度并获得设定的尺寸，是各种大规格陶瓷水晶砖、瓷质砖、抛光砖磨边的必需工具。

Wet diamond squaring wheels are used to make modifying the uprightness of ceramic tiles four edges in order to achieve scheduled size. It is a necessary squaring tool for big size glaze ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles and polished porcelain tiles.

主要有以下特点：

1. 锋利度好，使用寿命长，噪音小。

2. 很好保证加工产品的垂直度及尺寸要求，不崩面，不崩角。

特点：

高精准尺寸，平滑效果。根据刀头结构不同，可分为连续式和刀头式两种类型。

This product is used to make fine squaring on ceramic tiles edges in order to achieve high precision size, flat and smooth effect. According to the segment structure it is classified into continual rim type and segmented type.

金刚石锯片

Diamond Cutting Disc

金刚石锯片在陶瓷深加工过程中的应用越来越广泛是陶瓷加工的重要工具，可用于马赛克切割，裁边，开槽等。

适用于连续切割机，手动切割机等设备，通常的加工方式有手动单刀切断，连续单刀组合切断，双刀连续切断，预切-倒角-切断连续加工等。

具有切割崩边小，速度快，寿命长等特点，可实现陶瓷精细切割。

This product is used to make cutting and grooving on ceramic tiles on automatic and manual cutting machines. There are four normal working modes: manual single-blade full cutting, automatic single-blade full cutting, automatic two-blade full cutting and pre-cutting, chamfering and full cutting. Our diamond cutting disc are approved for their high working speed, fine and precise cutting effect, low tiles edge-breaking ratio and long working lifetime.
