聚丙烯纤维 Polypropylene fiber

• 通用混凝土‐混凝土外加剂

• 聚丙烯纤维长度有3-19mm,主要用于混凝土抗渗、抗裂、抗冲击以及抗震能力,备好砂石料后,纤维连同集料一起加入搅拌30-60s即可使用。

Polypropylene fibers have a length of 3-19mm and are mainly used for the impermeability, crack resistance, impact resistance, and seismic resistance of concrete. After preparing sand and gravel materials, the fibers and aggregates are mixed together for 30-60s before use.

聚丙烯粗纤维（仿钢纤维）

Imitation steel fiber

• 通用混凝土‐混凝土外加剂

• 仿钢纤维,即聚丙烯粗纤维。以合成树脂为主要原材料,具有断裂强度高、在混凝土中分散性好、握裹力强等优点,在建筑、路桥、水工等工程领域得到应用。

Imitation steel fiber, i.e. polypropylene coarse fiber. Using synthetic resin as the main raw material, it has advantages such as high fracture strength, good dispersibility in concrete, and strong gripping force, and has been applied in engineering fields such as construction, road and bridge, and hydraulic engineering.

聚丙烯网状纤维

Polypropylene Reticular fiber

• 通用混凝土‐混凝土外加剂

• 聚丙烯网状纤维,长度为19mm,主要用于混凝土路面、桥面、机场道面、隧道、河道、堤坝等工程,一般情况下在投入纤维后,搅拌2-3分钟即可

Polypropylene Reticular fiber, with a length of 19mm, is mainly used in concrete pavement, bridge deck, airport pavement, tunnel, river channel, embankment and other projects. Generally, it can be mixed for 2-3 minutes after the fiber is put in.

聚酯纤维 Polyester fiber

• 森泓聚酯纤维是我公司专为增强沥青混凝土研发生产的防裂增强新型材料,它是采用100%聚酯合成地、材料,经独特工艺加工而成的束状单丝合成纤维,具有强度高、耐腐蚀、耐高温、化学稳定性强,与沥青握裹力强等优点,加入沥青混凝土中,经搅拌可形成数量巨大的纤维单丝的三维乱向分布,起到加筋和桥接作用,以有效的提高沥青混合料的力学性能,防止沥青混凝土的开裂。

Senhong Polyester Fiber is a new type of crack prevention and reinforcement material developed and produced by our company specifically for enhancing asphalt concrete. It is a bundle of single fiber synthetic fibers made from 100% polyester synthetic materials and processed by a unique process. It has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, strong chemical stability, and strong adhesion with asphalt. When added to asphalt concrete, it can form a large number of three-dimensional random distribution of fiber single fibers after mixing, which plays a reinforcing and bridging role, effectively improving the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture and preventing cracking of asphalt concrete.

聚丙烯腈纤维 Polyacrylonitrile Fiber

• 通用混凝土‐混凝土外加剂

• 聚丙烯腈纤维又称腈纶纤维,由100%聚丙烯腈树脂加工成的合成纤维。提高混凝土的韧性及抗冲击性能,阻止裂缝的产生,提高抗拉、抗剪、抗压及抗冲击强度。

Polyacrylonitrile fiber, also known as acrylic fiber, is a Synthetic fiber processed from 100% Polyacrylonitrile resin. Improve the toughness and impact resistance of concrete, prevent the generation of cracks, and improve tensile, shear, compressive, and impact strength.
