水性聚氨酯砂浆 

waterborne polyurethane mortar

• 地坪系统‐工商业地坪

• AKS-GPU高性能聚氨酯砂浆地坪系统，是一种四组份的水性聚氨酯砂浆地坪材料，其复合物具备有机高分子和无机混凝土材料的几乎所有优点，如优良的抗化学腐蚀、抗重冲击和热冲击性能、高度耐磨等。适用于各种要求极为苛刻的特殊性能要求的环境。该地坪系统施工方便、快速固化、施工周期短、节约成本（25℃4hr后可行人），使用寿命特长，国外有众多使用30年仍完好的案例。

This system belongs to waterborne polyurethane system, which includes waterborne polyurethane elastomer, anticorrosion graded aggregate and special designed additive. Such waterborne polyurethane mortar is non-toxic and harmless. There is not toxic substance to release during the construction process and using. The system will not pollute the food and not damage the workers’ health. There is the high mechanical strength of plastic and the elastic feature. It can resist the direct impact. Excellent chemical resistance, long term exposure to water, frequent washing and disinfecting. The thermal expansion coefficient of such system is close to the coefficient of concrete. It can be applied to the environment of -40℃ to 115℃. It can resist the influence of sudden temperature changes caused by the steam washing, which does not crack and bulge. The whole ground is seamless and easy to clean. There are no holes on the ground. The system does not gather dust and bacteria. The color of waterborne polyurethane system is rich, which could be divided into self-levelling and mortar system according to the construction technology to get the smooth surface and rough surface. There is anti-slip feature both in dry and moisture environment, which could be to R13 grade. The life expectance could be more than 20 years without intentional damage and force majeure damage.

水性环氧地坪材料系统

• 地坪系统‐工商业地坪

• 水性环氧地坪材料是一种以水性环氧树脂为核心成分的地坪涂料，其特点是树脂以微粒或液滴形式分散在以水为连续相的介质中，形成稳定的分散体系。相比传统溶剂型环氧地坪，它具有环保、低VOCs、施工安全等优势，广泛应用于对环保要求较高的室内场所。

聚脲地坪材料系统

• 地坪系统‐工商业地坪

• 聚脲地坪材料主要由异氰酸酯类化合物和聚醚多元醇等原料反应制成。异氰酸酯类化合物是聚脲地坪的主要成分，它决定了聚脲地坪的化学结构和性能。聚醚多元醇则作为增塑剂和填充剂，用于调节聚脲地坪的硬度和柔韧性。此外，还需要添加一些助剂，如催化剂、颜料等，以提高聚脲地坪的性能和美观度。

聚脲地坪的特点：

• 优异的耐磨性：聚脲地坪具有极高的耐磨性，硬度可达5-6H能够承受重载和频繁摩擦而不损坏。

• 耐腐蚀性：聚脲地坪能够抵抗各种化学物质的侵蚀，包括酸、碱、盐等。

• 抗冲击性：聚脲地坪具有较高的抗冲击性，能够承受较大的冲击而不破裂。

• 美观性：聚脲地坪表面光滑平整，色泽鲜艳，可以根据客户需求定制颜色和图案。

• 易清洁性：聚脲地坪表面光滑且不易沾染灰尘和污垢，易于清洁和维护。

X-100高聚硅地坪罩面材料

• 地坪系统‐工商业地坪

• X-100是一种高分子地坪材料，具有高渗透、不成膜、抗渗透、抗划伤、耐污、可耐800摄氏度高温、耐腐蚀、可抛光等特点，附着力强可与不同材质地面充分粘结。使用方便，广泛应用于固化地坪、磨石类地坪罩面、聚氨酯砂浆罩面等地坪系统，也可以作为着色剂使用。
