物流园总占地面积为42.07公顷，包含蔬菜交易区、果品交易区、粮油干品区及水产区，兼具销地市场与产地市场功能，涵盖水果、蔬菜、副食、粮油、干调、冻品、水产等批发业态，满足广大客商一站式采购需求；年交易量约30万吨，年交易额约20亿元。

为带动威宁蔬菜产业发展，江楠公司建设运营现代化蔬菜育苗大棚5.7万平方米，年育苗能力达3亿株，可满足12万亩蔬菜种植需求，并可在用工旺季带动就业2万多人。

Guizhou Jiangnan is the Southwest hub of Guangzhou Jiangnan Group, with nearly RMB 500 million invested to build the “Yue-Qian Collaborative Agricultural Demonstration Park.” It covers the full agricultural chain—seedling, planting, sorting, processing, storage, logistics, and market sales—promoting high-quality development of Weining’s specialty agriculture.

Its logistics park spans over 420,000 m2, featuring 428 wholesale stalls and an annual transaction volume of 300,000 tons. It includes a courier hub used by JD, ZTO, YTO, and others, handling over 36,000 tons of parcels yearly. Supporting facilities include ice production, plastic crate, and foam box factories.

In planting, the company runs 57,000 m2 of modern greenhouses with an annual seedling capacity of 300 million.

As an innovator in fresh-produce preservation technology, we have pioneered two breakthrough material technologies through independent R&D based on the respiratory metabolism characteristics of fruits and vegetables: microporous structural packaging materials and biodegradable modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) materials. This product series integrates both spontaneous atmosphere regulation for produce and industrial-grade heat-sealing capabilities, having been successfully implemented in the supply chain systems of leading beverage brands such as "Ning Ji".
