     凯峰电子成立于2001年，是一家专业生产接线端子与拨码开关的科技型企业。

     经过多年的发展，凯峰电子现有1.5万平厂房，3.5亿的固定资产，在2024年实现3.0亿的销售额。公司注重产研销三位一体发展，在产配置自动化组装与检验设备，在研配置专业的研发队伍与加工事业部，每年研发设计多项新品，并在2021年荣获宁波市高新技术企业殊荣。

     Established in early Founded in 2001, Kaifeng Electronics is a technology-based enterprise which specializes in the production and marekting of terminal blocks and DIP switches.

     After years of development, Kaifeng Electronics has a plant area of 15,000 square meters, fixed assets of $50 million US dollar, and realized an annual turnover of $55 million US dollar in 2024. We attach great importance to integrated development of production, research and marketing. We are equipped with automatic assembly lines and inspection devices, a professional R&D team and processing division, developing and designing a number of new products every year. 固定式接线端子

PCB-Screw-Terminal-Blocks

     Featuring a screw-fastened structure, it connects firmly to the mounting surface after wiring without loosening. Compatible with various wire specifications, it offers low contact resistance and excellent conductivity, along with vibration resistance and anti-aging performance. Widely used in industrial control, power equipment, instruments and other fixed installation scenarios, it ensures long-term stable circuit operation with convenient installation and maintenance.

Pluggable-Terminal-Blocks

     采用插拔式设计，无需拆卸导线即可快速对接或分离，大幅提升检修与更换效率。插拔手感顺畅，定位精准，接触可靠，兼具防误插结构设计。适用于频繁调试、模块式设备及自动化生产线，如 PLC 控制系统、变频器等，简化电路连接流程。

     Adopting a plug-in design, it enables quick docking or separation without removing wires, greatly improving maintenance and replacement efficiency. With smooth plug-in feel, precise positioning and reliable contact, it is equipped with anti-misplug structure. Suitable for frequent debugging, modular equipment and automated production lines, such as PLC control systems and frequency converters, it simplifies the circuit connection process.

免螺丝接线端子

PCB-Spring-Terminal-Blocks

     通过弹簧夹紧或按压式结构实现导线固定，无需螺丝工具，接线快速省力。夹持力均匀稳定，抗振动性能优异，可兼容软硬导线。适用于空间狭小、接线频繁的场景，如照明系统、智能家居、通信设备等，简化操作流程，提升施工效率。

     Wire fixing is achieved through spring clamping or push-type structure without screw tools, making wiring fast and labor-saving. It provides uniform and stable clamping force, excellent vibration resistance, and is compatible with both soft and hard wires. Suitable for narrow spaces and frequent wiring scenarios, such as lighting systems, smart homes and communication equipment, it simplifies operation and improves construction efficiency.

拨码开关

DlP-switch

     由多个独立拨动单元组成，通过切换拨码位置实现电路通断或参数设定，状态清晰可见且不易误触。接触电阻小，切换寿命长，适配数字电路控制。广泛应用于电子设备地址编码、功能选择，如单片机系统、工业控制器、智能硬件等，操作简便且稳定可靠。

   Composed of multiple independent toggle units, it realizes circuit on/off or parameter setting by switching toggle positions, with clear visible status and anti-misoperation. It features low contact resistance and long switching life, suitable for digital circuit control. Widely used in address coding and function selection of electronic equipment, such as single-chip microcomputer systems, industrial controllers and smart hardware, it is easy to operate, stable and reliable.
