产品简介

黏胶基碳纤维石墨毡的纤维缺陷少，通过合理的编织针刺及石墨化工艺，使产品具有较低的导热系数，合理的密度，良好的抗氧化性等特性，在实际应用中展现出良好的保温效果。

黏胶纤维是一种可再生纤维素，又称人造丝，它是利用天然纤维，如木材、麻和棉花等，经制浆粕、硫化、熟化和纺丝等处理制成。

黏胶基碳纤维是以黏胶纤维为原料，经低温热处理后在非氧化性环境中经800度以上的高温热处理而制成得的以碳为主要成分的纤维材料。

黏胶基碳纤维的性能：除了拥有比强度高，耐化学腐蚀性、润滑性好等优点外，还具有比重小、顿度高、断裂伸长大、柔软、热导系数小，比表面积大，易活化性等特性。

Viscose based carbon fiber graphite felt has few fiber defects. Through reasonable knitting needle and graphitization process, the product has low thermal conductivity, reasonable density, good oxidation resistance and other characteristics, and shows good thermal insulation effect in practical applications.

Viscose fiber is a kind of regenerated fiber, also known as rayon. It is made from raw fibers, such as wood, hemp and cotton, through pulping, vulcanization, curing , spinning and other processes.

Viscose-based carbon fiber is a kind of fiber material with carbon as the main component, which is made from viscose fiber after low temperature heat treatment and high temperature heat treatment of more than 800 °C in a non-oxidizing environment.

The properties of viscose based carbon fiber: in addition to the advantages of high specific strength, chemical corrosion resistance and good lubricity, it also has the characteristics of small specific gravity, high compactness, long fracture elongation, softness, small thermal conductivity, large specific surface area, and easy activation.

PAN基碳纤维毡

PAN-based carbon fiber felt

产品简介

聚丙烯腈基碳纤维毡是由聚丙烯腈基纤维经过无纺，针刺工艺制得毡体，并通过合理的预氧化、碳化、石墨化工艺生产获得，是成熟的高温隔热保温材料。

PAN基石墨毡特性：纯度高、耐高温、耐腐蚀、不熔融、弹性、可折叠、裁剪等

主要用途：作为单晶硅冶炼炉保温材料、隔热材料和化学试剂的过滤材料。

在非氧化环境下，使用温度可达2800度左右。

Polypropylene sun-based carbon fiber felt is made from polypropylene sun-based fiber through non-woven and needle-punching process, and is produced through reasonable pre-oxidation, carbonization and graphitization process. It is a mature high-temperature thermal insulation material.

Characteristics of PAN based carbon fiber felt: high purity, high resistance,corrosion resistance, non-melting, elasticity, folding, cutting, and etc.

Main use: as insulating material and filter material of chemical reagent for monocrystalline silicon smelting furnace.

In non-oxidizing environment, the operating temperature can reach about 2800 ℃.

预氧纤维石墨毡

产品简介

预氧纤维毡是将聚丙烯腈基纤维进行预氧，卷曲，截断，针刺所得，碳化后为预氧纤维碳毡，石墨化后为预氧纤维石墨毡。相比PAN基石墨毡具有密度低，柔软度好，对皮肤的刺激性低等等特点。

特性：耐酸、耐碱、耐各种油品基有机溶剂，耐腐蚀，耐高温，不延燃。

Pre-oxygenated fiber felt is obtained by pre-oxygenating, crimping, cutting and needling polypropylene fiber, which is carbonized into pre-oxygenated fiber carbon felt and graphitized into pre-oxygenated fiber graphite felt. Compared with PAN-based  felt, it has the characteristics of low density, good softness and low irritation to skin.

Features: acid and alkali resistance, resistance to various oil-based organic solvents, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and no flame retardance.

产品简介

固化毡/硬质复合毡以碳纤维毡为原材料，经过合理的复合工艺制备而成。固化毡/硬质复合毡的主体为层压机整体毡。可以根据需求在表面进行不同工艺的涂层，满足各种应用需求。相比碳纤维软毡而言，使用便利性更好，强度更高，使用寿命更长等。

Rigid felt/ composite fiber felt is made of carbon fiber felt through reasonable composite process. There are two kinds of the product,one is laminated rigid grephite felt which made from carbon felt by layers,anther is holistic rigid felt which made from carbon fibers.

Different processes of coating can be carried out on the surface according to requirements to meet various application requirements. Compared with carbon fiber soft felt, it has advantages of better use convenience, higher strength and longer service life.
