减震器类产品检测设备

产品简介

采用4工位全品种全缺陷种类检测，自动识别产品种类，同时对其缺陷进行自动识别、自动踢除，无需人工干预。

设备可以实现对铁屑、沙眼、缺料、碰伤、生锈等缺陷进行检测，根据满足客户外观标准，进行灵活的设置。

可以根据来料不同，选择震动盘上料或者皮带上料

It adopts 4-station inspection for all varieties and types of defects, automatically identifies product types, and simultaneously performs automatic identification and removal of defects without manual intervention.

1. The equipment can detect defects such as iron chips, sand holes, missing material, impact damage, and rust, and can be flexibly set according to customer appearance standards.
