牡丹江鑫北方石油钻具有限责任公司是国家级高新技术企业，主导产品为内防喷工具和震击解卡工具等,其中内防喷工具是该产品系列国家标准、石油行业标准的主要起草单位；研制的高性能随钻式双向全液压震击器实现了替代进口，解决了高端震击解卡工具卡脖子问题。

公司现有国家发明专利10项，实用新型专利30项。鑫北方公司技术研发中心先后被黑龙江省评为“石油钻采内防喷工具工程技术研究中心”、“省级企业技术中心”；检测中心通过了中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）实验室认可。鑫北方公司先后被评为黑龙江省制造业单项冠军企业、2025年通过国家级“专精特新”重点小巨人企业。

鑫北方公司连续四届（四年一届）被评为中国石油天然气集团公司井控装备内防喷工具甲级资质的生产企业。公司旋塞阀、扶正器等产品在中石油塔科1井--中国首口万米科学探索井钻探获得充分验证，经受住了170多兆帕压力的冲击、近220摄氏度的超高温考验，获得了塔里木油田的表扬与肯定。

“数控内防喷工具压力自动检测设备”被认定为“黑龙江省重点领域首台套创新产品”。《油气田钻修井内防喷技术装备研究与开发》项目，2021年获得黑龙江省科学技术奖三等奖。

Mudanjiang Xinbeifang Petroleum Drilling Tool Co., Ltd was established in May 2003. After more than two decades of development, the company has a registered capital of 100 million yuan, covers an area of 30,000 square meters, and has a construction area of 20,000 square fang company is a national high-tech enterprise. 顶驱旋塞阀 Top Drive IBOP

顶驱旋塞阀通常可分为顶驱液动旋塞阀（顶驱上旋塞阀）和顶驱手动旋塞阀（顶驱下旋塞阀）两种；也可将顶驱液动旋塞阀（顶驱上旋塞阀）和顶驱手动旋 塞阀（顶驱下旋塞阀）制作成一体的，称为顶驱手自一体阀。它们是与顶驱系统 配套使用的一种控制阀，是防止井喷的有效工具之一，钻井液可以无压降地自由流过该阀。顶驱液动旋塞阀由顶驱系统控制按指示要求旋转 90o 即可实现开关， 顶驱手动旋塞阀使用专用扳手按指示要求旋转 90o 即可实现开关。当发生溢流或井喷进，关闭顶驱旋塞阀，截断钻具内通道，达到钻具内防喷的目的。

Top Drive IBOP are generally classified into two types: Upper IBOP(hydraulic type)and Lower IBOP (manule type). It is also possible to design upper and lower IBOP as an integrated structure, which is called a top drive manual-automatic integrated valve. They are a type of control valve used in conjunction with the top drive system and are one of the effective tools for preventing blowouts. Drilling fluid can flow freely through this valve without pressure IBOP is controlled by the top drive system and can be turned on or off by rotating 90o as IBOP can be turned on or off by rotating 90o as indicated with a dedicated wrench. When overflow or blowout occurs, close top drive IBOP to cut off the internal passage of the drill string, achieving the purpose of preventing blowout inside the drill string.

方钻杆旋塞阀 Kelly valve

旋塞阀是钻柱循环系统中的手动控制阀，是防止井喷的有效工具之一，钻井液可无压降地自由流过该阀。用专用板手按指示要求旋转90o即可实现开关。当发生溢流或井喷时，关闭方钻杆旋塞阀，截断钻具内通道，达到钻具内防喷的目的。

Kelly valve is a manual control valve in the drill string circulation system and is one of the effective tools to prevent blowout，also to provide unrestricted flow of drilling fluids. According to the indication direction, Kelly valve can be opened on or closed off by the special operation spanner at 90 degrees.

箭型止回阀 Arrow-type check valve

箭形止回阀又叫箭形回压阀，简称箭形阀。是石油、天然气钻井、修井中常用的钻具内防喷工具之一。它随钻具入井工作，在钻井或修井过程中一旦发生溢流、井涌或正循环停止，在钻具内反循环压力及弹簧力的作用下箭形止回阀迅速关闭，截断钻具内通道，起到钻具内防喷的目的。

Arrow-type check valve is one of the commonly used anti-blowout tools in oil and gas drilling operation. It enters the well along with the drill string. Once overflow, well surge or the positive circulation stops during the drilling or well repair process,arrow-type check valve will quickly close under the action of the reverse circulation pressure and spring force inside the drill string, cutting off the internal passage of the drill string and achieving the purpose of preventing blowout inside the drill string.

钻具浮阀 Float valve sub

钻具浮阀是石油钻井必备工具之一。钻具浮阀由浮阀本体和阀芯总成两部分组成。其主要功能是：防止接单根时泥浆带入钻屑、泥沙倒灌，堵塞钻头水眼；当发生井喷、井涌时，阀芯 总成阀盖自动将水眼关闭，防止了钻柱内井涌、井喷事故的发生。

QY-S全液压随钻震击器是一种双向作用液压震击器，当井底钻具组合被卡住时，它能够提供特大冲击力。作为钻柱的一个组成部分，它可以承受：

⑴ 温度260℃；

⑵ 静水压力137MPa；

⑶ 正常扭矩和泵压的钻井条件可长期使用。

QY-S全液压随钻震击器可以作为钻铤的一部分，因为它的长度、直径与钻铤相似，并且具有兼容的连接和吊卡安装区域，在钻井模式下，不震击，不受正常钻井条件或扭矩的影响。

The QY-S Double-acting Hydraulic Drilling Jar is a double-acting hydraulic jarring tool that can provide an extremely powerful impact force when the bottom hole assembly is stuck. As a component of the drill string, it can withstand:⑴ Temperature up to 260℃;⑵ Static water pressure up to 137MPa;⑶ Normal torque and pump pressure drilling conditions for long-term use.The QY-S Double-acting Hydraulic Drilling Jar can be used as part of the drill collar because its length and diameter are similar to the drill collar, and it has compatible elevator installation areas. Under drilling operation, it does not jar and is not affected by normal drilling conditions or torque.
