一、公司简介

建湖县鸿达阀门管件有限公司创建于1998年，注册资金20288万元。荣获国家级高新技术企业、国家级专精特新小巨人企业、国家级绿色工厂等称号。“銮”牌商标被评为中国驰名商标。

鸿达公司是中石油、中石化、中海油物资装备总公司一级供应网络成员单位。公司持有 API 6A、16A、16C等认证和会标使用许可，特种设备制造许可(A6、A2、压力管道元件B)。

鸿达公司依托数字化管理系统（ERP、PLM、MES、WMS、SRM、MDM）、 CNAS实验室和自动化生产线等，建立智能化工厂，实现产品全流程质量管控与信息可追溯。

Founded in 1998, Jianhu County Hongda Valve & Pipe Fitting Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of RMB 202.88 million. The company has been awarded such titles as National High-Tech Enterprise, National Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique, and New "Little Giant" Enterprise, and National Green Factory. Its "Luan" brand is a China Well-Known Trademark.

Hongda is a Class-A supplier network member of CNPC, SINOPEC, and CNOOC. The company holds certifications including API 6A, 16A, 16C and corresponding monogram licenses, as well as special equipment manufacturing licenses (A6, A2, and Pressure Pipeline Components B).

Supported by digital management systems (ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, SRM, MDM), a CNAS-accredited laboratory, and automated production lines, Hongda has built an intelligent factory, achieving full-process quality control and full information traceability for its products.

二、产品介绍

鸿达公司主营产品有井口装置、套管头、管汇、大通径超高压压裂管汇、空气储能井口、各类高中压阀门等。

本次展会将展示175MPa采气井口装置、175MPa单流阀、175MPa电动旋塞阀、175MPa旋转法兰、175MPa活动弯头、210MPa手动平板阀等系列产品，且均已通过PR2F试验认证。

其中，我公司自主研发制造的国内首台套175MPa采气井口装置，于2024年在新疆塔克拉玛干沙漠塔东区块庆玉2井成功运用，一举打破国外对超高压、超高温采气井口装置产品的技术垄断，成功填补了国产175MPa采气井口装置实际应用的空白，为国产高端采气井口装置应用开辟了道路。《焦点访谈》栏目、江苏省委新闻网、江苏网、新华日报等媒体，均对该产品的成功运用进行了聚焦报道。

Hongda’s main products include wellhead assemblies, casing heads, manifolds, large-bore ultra-high pressure fracturing manifolds, air energy storage wellheads, and various high & medium pressure valves.

At this exhibition, the company will display a series of products including:

25,000psi gas wellhead assembly

25,000psi check valve

25,000psi electric plug valve

25,000psi swivel flange

25,000psi active elbow

30,000psi manual slab gate valve

All above products have passed PR2F testing and certification.

The 25,000psi gas wellhead assembly, independently developed and manufactured by Hongda as China’s first set of its kind, was successfully applied in Well Qingyu-2, Tadong Block, Taklamakan Desert, Xinjiang in 2024. It has broken the foreign technical monopoly on ultra-high pressure, ultra-high temperature gas wellhead assemblies, and successfully filled the domestic application gap for domestic 25,000psi gas wellheads, paving the way for the application of high-end domestic gas wellhead equipment.

Its successful application has been widely reported by CCTV's Focus Talk, Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee News Network, , Xinhua Daily and other media.
