产品简介

By combining high-precision pressure sensors (1000 Torr, 10 Torr, and 0.1 Torr) with hard-seal pneumatic valves and metal gaskets, the analyzer features advanced technology that minimizes gas leakage and achieves vacuum levels. The BELSORP MAX X uses advanced technology to precisely control temperature, from the heated manifold block (50°C, optionally 80°C) and air bath to the sample. At the same time, the electro-polished gas/vapor lines prevent surface wetting and corrosion. In addition, the all-new BELCONTROL operating system is enabled.

由于松装密度、振实密度和豪斯纳比的测量方法简单、快速，因此在粉体表征中得到了广泛的应用。此外，粉体的密度和增加其密度的能力是影响储存、运输、结块等表现的重要参数。这个简单的测试有三个主要缺点。首先，人为操作影响因素大。事实上，充填方法不同会影响初始粉体体积。其次，通过肉眼观察获得的体积测量结果存在较大误差。最后，使用这种简单的方法完全忽略了初始和最终测量之间的压缩动力学。

Due to the simplicity and speed of measuring bulk density, tapped density, and the Hausner ratio, these methods are widely used in powder characterization. In addition, the density of a powder and its ability to increase density are important parameters that affect storage, transportation, and caking behavior. This simple test, however, has three main drawbacks. First, it is highly influenced by human operation. In fact, different filling methods can affect the initial powder volume. Second, volume measurements obtained by visual observation have significant errors. Finally, this simple method completely ignores the compression dynamics between the initial and final measurements.
