产品简介

离心造粒喷雾干燥机适用于电子陶瓷、结构陶瓷、粉未冶金等有特殊颗粒要求的产品。其粒度分布要求可任意调整至最佳分布曲线值，其主要技术性能 、指标均能达到世界先进水平。

空气通过过滤，加热至需要温度后，进入干燥塔顶部的热风分配装置，热风均匀的进入干燥塔。同时浆料由送料泵送至干燥塔内的高速离心雾化器中，通过5000-15000转/分的雾化器分散成雾滴，使雾滴与热空气接触，迅速干燥雾滴中的水份，主要产品从塔底排出，再通过旋风分离器 、 布袋除尘器等收料装置 ，干燥后成品收集 。水份通过引风机排空 ，达到国家排放标准 。

Centrifugal granulation spray drying machine is suitable for products with special particle  requirements such as electronic  ceramics,structural ceramics,and powder particle size distribution requirement  can be adjusted to the optimal distribution curve  value at main technical performance and indicators can reach the world's advanced  is filtered  and  heated to the required temperature,then enters the hot air distribution  device  at  the  top  of  the drying  tower,and  the  hot  air  evenly  enters  the  drying  the same  time,the slurry  is  sent  to  the high- speed  centrifugal  atomizer  in  the  drying  tower  by  the feed  pump.

Through  the  atomizer  rotating  at  5000-15000 revolutions  per  minute,the  slurry  is  dispersed  into droplets,which  come  into  contact  with  the hot  air  and quickly  dry  the  water  in  the    main  products are  discharged  from  the  bottom  of  the  tower  and  then collected  through  the material  collection  devices  such as  the cyclone separator  and bag dust water  is  discharged  through  the  exhaust  fan  and  meets the  national  emission  standards.

闭式循环喷雾干燥机

产品简介

闭式循环压力/离心式喷雾干燥机是碳化钨、精密陶瓷/制药、锂电池材料、金属粉末等粉体制备的专用设备。系统采用防爆设计，氮气循环。产品无氧化，品质好，粉料松装比重及平均粒径一致性好，其流动性可满足自动压机连续化生产，同时有机介质可以回收。目前已在原有工艺上进行了技术改进，使得设备运行更加安全节能。在规定的条件下有机溶剂蒸发能力达到要求。整套设备由供料系统、高速离心雾化器、送风机、防爆加热器、干燥塔、旋风收尘器、布袋除尘器、抽风机、冷凝塔及电气控制系统组成。

无锡市东升喷雾造粒干燥机厂是专业生产喷雾干燥设备的厂家，创建于1999年，是在引进国外先进干燥技术的基础上，国内首批研制生产喷雾干燥机的专业工厂之一。工厂位于全国乡镇企业发源地的无锡市工业重镇前洲镇，是一个科研与生产相结合的科技先导型企业。

东升现有职工156人，拥有技术人员23人，厂区占地面积28000平方米，建筑面积22000平方米，为国内喷雾干燥行业领先企业。产品广泛应用于医药、食品、新能源、生物制品、化工、 电子陶瓷等行业，能满足大规模生产及试验的需求，为用户提供质量可靠、性能优良、经济实 用、节能高效喷雾干燥设备。
