YOYO

Laurence Manya Krief–aka YoYo–is a vigneronne in the Banyuls area of Roussillon near the Spanish border. She farms just 3 hectares of vineyards. Her miniscule production makes her wines almost impossible to find even in France. In the US, you’d be very lucky to see one in a wine farms organically and works the vineyard with a horse and plow. She vinifies whole cluster by carbonic maceration. She follows a natural winemaking approach, fermenting only with native yeasts, and doesn’t add sulfites or any ’s wines are a joy to drink. They are juicy and fruity, with vibrant and intense flavors that never feel heavy. It takes skill and talent to make wines like these, and YoYo executes with seamless balance.

The owner of the winery, Eric, was born in Bordeaux. Since 1979, he has been a materials scientist and worked in the nuclear industry. It was not until 1990 that he discovered what he had dreamed of and what he could truly devote himself to. --wine. In 1992, Eric returned to Bordeaux and entered the University of Bordeaux to formally study grape growing and winemaking, starting his wine career.

SETTE  is  Gregorio,  a  lawyer  and winemaker in Monforte d’Alba. SETTE is Gino, a wizard in the world of wine. SETTE is a splendid vineyard in Nizza Monferrato, with five and a half hectares of vines aged between 20 and 75 years. SETTE is the creative ferment boiling up in each one of us. It’s an aspiration to explore new roads, the excitement of a new challenge and the desire to move into a new area and make our contribution to it. SETTE is our thoughts, ideas and discussions. SETTE is all this rolled into one,and it’s probably much more besides.

"Antica Quercia" is a winery located in the prestigious Prosecco DOCG area, nestled between Venice and the Dolomite Mountains. The name "Antica Quercia" in Italian translates to "Ancient Oak", and it was given to the winery because of a giant oak tree that stands and guards this piece of land for hundreds of years. "Beautiful dreams are born under the protection of the great tree," is the motto of the owner, Claudio Francavilla. He adheres to the concept of "integrated agriculture" by cultivating various crops and practicing land fallowing to create a "biological community," firmly believing that biodiversity is the key to producing high-quality Prosecco.

酿酒师Shun Minowa毕业于东京大学生物专业，却与意大利自然酒名家La Stoppa结缘开启了自然酒世界的大门，并在意大利一个偏僻的产区Emilia Romagna扎根，酿造了让人惊艳的葡萄酒。Shun的第一个独立作品以佛手莲花的造型、极具禅意的取名（第一个作品起名Gate忘川水，来自于《心经》）以及惊艳的香气在异乡杀出重围，一经上市便好评不断。Shun Minow酒如其名：集美、浓、合于一身。如今他的作品在欧洲可谓一瓶难求。这次他将带着自己的新作“无常”来与中国葡萄酒爱好者们见面。

Winemaker Shun Minowa, a graduate in biology from the University of Tokyo, embarked on his journey into the world of natural wine thanks to his association with the renowned Italian natural winery, La Stoppa. He rooted himself in the remote Emilia Romagna region of Italy, crafting astonishing wines. Shun's first independent work immediately won European's heats, with its lotus flower in Buddha’s hands design, its zen name, Gate, from Mantra, and its expressive to his real name, Shun Minowa's wines are beautiful, in depth and harmonious. Today, his works are quite difficult to find. In Ziran, he will introduce his latest work, Anitya (meaning nothing stays the same in Sanskrits), to all wine lovers in China.

Vino Gross利用典型的地区葡萄品种，区分两种葡萄酒风格：由风土决定的葡萄酒风格和由成熟决定的葡萄酒风格。我们依靠传统、自然的方法。这些葡萄酒自然发酵（无需人工酵母的帮助），并在木桶中长期陈酿。我们非常重视装瓶未经过滤、不添加任何添加剂的葡萄酒。我们的高梯田葡萄园位于戈尔察，坡度高达 65%。土壤呈石灰质，稀疏，受阿尔卑斯山和亚得里亚海气候的影响。我们坚信，这些是酿造优质葡萄酒的完美条件。

Vino Gross stands for typical regional grape varieties and distinguishes between two wine styles: those defined by terroir and those defined by rely on traditional, natural methods. The wines ferment spontaneously – without the aid of artificial yeast – and mature over a long period in wooden barrels. We place great importance on bottling unfiltered wines with no finings high, terraced vineyards are located in Gorca and feature slopes with inclinations of up to 65%. The soil is limy, sparse and influenced by the climate of the Alps and Adriatic Sea. Wel are convinced that these are the perfect conditions for great wines.

中国女性酿酒师胡首芳的个人品牌。2011年，首芳赴澳洲阿德莱德大学攻读酿酒和种植学位，并在学习期间去往名庄工作，到各产区游学，尝到了那些她钟爱的好酒，也体会到了多元酿酒理念的碰撞。2019回国后，她和另一半立伟决定回到家里酿酒。秦皇岛，卢龙县，李柳河村，首芳的酒厂坐落在柳河山谷之中。他们坚持用当地的玫瑰香葡萄和其他水果原料，打破干红产区格局，酿造多种风格的葡萄酒和果酒，还曾与茅台联名推出茅台葡萄酒首芳系列。首芳的人生伴侣兼酿酒师立伟将会出席本次活动。

"ShoFang" is the personal brand of female Chinese winemaker Hu Shoufang. In 2011, Shou Fang pursued her degree in winemaking and viticulture at the University of Adelaide in her studies, she worked at renowned vineyards, toured various wine-producing regions, and tasted the wines she cherished, gaining a deep appreciation for the collision of diverse winemaking philosophies. Upon returning to China in 2019, Shou Fang and her partner Li Wei decided to establish their own winery in the Liuliu Valley, Qinhuangdao, where they are committed to using local aromatic varieties and other fruit resources to make wines and ciders. They have broken the mold of traditional red wine production by crafting a variety of grape wines and fruit wines. They have even collaborated with Moutai to release the Moutai Shofang wine Fang’s life partner and winemaker Li Wei will be present.
