产品简介

• 稳定剂含量从5wt%至48wt%，粒度范围（D50）从0.35μm到40μm。可满足不同领域的应用。如高性能结构陶瓷，传感器，过滤膜，电绝缘组件以及隔热涂层等。

  Stabilizer content from 5wt% to 48wt%, particle size range (D50) from 0.35μm to 40μm.  The products can meet the different application fields.  Such as high-performance structural ceramics, sensors, filtration membranes, electrical insulation components and thermal insulation coatings, etc.

• 该产品具有收缩小、稳定性高、不易脱溶等优点。

  The products have the advantages of low shrinkage, high stability. And the stabilizers in Zirconia are not easy to dissolve, etc.

产品简介

• 稳定剂含量包括2.8wt%，3.25wt%，3.5wt%，粒度包括-2μm和-5μm。可被用于高性能结构陶瓷，传感器和过滤膜等领域。

  The stabilizer content includes 2.8wt%, 3.25wt% and 3.5wt%, and the particle size includes -2μm and -5μm.  It can be used for high performance structural ceramics, sensors and filtration membranes, etc.

• 该产品具有颜色可选（黄色/白色），收缩小、稳定性高、抗热震性好等优点。

  The products have the advantages of optional color (yellow/white), low shrinkage, high stability, and good thermal shock resistance, etc.

本次展览的新产品为2.45% MgO Zirconia -2μm SP Beads产品

本产品为电熔镁稳定氧化锆材料。该产品主要用于钢水氧传感器，其具有如下的亮点和特性：

• 该产品采用电熔法生产，相较于化学法生产的同类型产品，该产品制备的浆料具有更好的流动性。

• 特定的氧化镁含量，使得制备的氧传感器同时具有高的抗热震性和高的离子导率。

• 特定的氧化硅含量，使得制备的氧传感器在保证高离子导率的情况下，具有更好的韧性。

• 粉体粒度典型值为0.68μm（粒度控制范围为0.65-0.75μm），极致的粒度稳定性使得氧传感器的收缩波动非常小。

• 由于上述优势，使得该产品在制备低EMF的氧传感器产品上具有明显的优势。
