真空感应熔炼电炉是利用高频（或中频）感应加热的新型真空熔炼设备，炉体内部设有一只螺旋型管式线圈，当线圈通以高频电流时，则产生交变磁场。金属炉料在磁场作用下，感应出电势，产生环形电流，这种电流在本身的磁场作用下，集中在金属炉料的外层（即所谓的趋肤效应），使外层金属炉料具有很高的电流密度，从而产生集中而强大的热效应，已致把金属炉料加热或熔化。

The vacuum induction melting furnace is a cutting-edge vacuum melting device utilizing high-frequency (or medium-frequency) induction heating. Its interior contains a spiral tubular coil that generates an alternating magnetic field when energized by high-frequency current. When metal materials are subjected to this magnetic field, they induce an electromotive force, creating a ring-shaped current. This current, concentrated in the outer layer of the metal material (a phenomenon known as the skin effect) due to the magnetic field, produces a highly concentrated and intense thermal effect, effectively heating or melting the metal.

电弧熔炼炉，是利用电焊机正负极（钨电极与水冷铜坩埚）之间产生电弧所发生的热量来熔化铁料和使铁液进行过热的。该电弧炉可在不破坏气体保护气氛的条件下翻转合金锭进行多次熔炼，且同时制备多个样品，该真空电弧炉为侧开门，门可以全部打开，拿取物料或清洗炉膛会更加方便，是高等院校、科研院所制备难熔金属及金属碳化物试样的理想设备。

The VAF-400 metal melting furnace is a compact arc furnace that utilizes the heat generated by an electric arc between welding machine electrodes (tungsten electrodes and water-cooled copper crucibles) to melt iron materials and achieve superheating of molten iron. This arc furnace enables multiple melting cycles of alloy ingots without disrupting the gas shielded atmosphere, while simultaneously preparing multiple samples. Featuring a side-opening door that can be fully opened, the vacuum arc furnace facilitates easier material handling and furnace cleaning. It is an ideal device for universities and research institutes to prepare refractory metals and metal carbide samples.

真空热压炉是将真空/气氛、热压成型、高温烧结结合在一起设备，适用于粉末冶金、功能陶瓷等新材料的高温热成型。如应用于透明陶瓷、工业陶瓷等金属以及由难容金属组成的合金材料的真空烧结以及陶瓷材料碳化硅和氮化硅的高温烧结，也可用于粉末和压坯在低于主要组分熔点的温度下的热处理，目的在于通过颗粒间的冶金结合以提高其强度。

The vacuum hot pressing furnace is a specialized equipment integrating vacuum/atmospheric pressure, hot pressing, and high-temperature sintering processes. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature hot forming of advanced materials such as powder metallurgy and functional ceramics. Applications include vacuum sintering of transparent ceramics, industrial ceramics, and alloys composed of refractory metals, as well as high-temperature sintering of silicon carbide and silicon nitride ceramics. Additionally, it enables heat treatment of powders and green bodies at temperatures below the melting points of their primary components, aiming to enhance material strength through metallurgical bonding between particles.

Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) is a technique characterized by sintering under pressure. The plasma generated by pulsed current and the pressurized environment during sintering help to reduce the sintering temperature of powders. Additionally, the low voltage and high current characteristics enable rapid and dense sintering of powders.
